Kelly Watts is the smile - and content curator - behind She TRIumphs. Having completed her first triathlon, a half Ironman, four years ago and finishing 8th in her age group at World Championships in Sprint last year, she's passionate about triathlon and about encouraging and empowering women of all abilities and ages in the sport.
She's the author of "Sailing to Jessica," and has written articles for Cruising World magazine and Blue Water Sailing. Prior to that, she was a regional contributor for Better Homes & Gardens and its Special Interest publications in the United States. She also wrote weekly food columns for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and St. Paul Pioneer Press newspapers. She graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University (Washington DC) and has her Certificat de Base de Cuisine from le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
An American and Australian, she and her family live in Melbourne, Australia.
